Hot Day for Physical Activity

Today’s weather is very hot. This hot day is not comfortable to do some physical activity. Maybe i can get some sweat without doing workout. Maybe it will be enjoyable if i watch TV or drink an ice. Maybe it is also enjoy to do some fresh physical activity such as swimming.

I just spend this day for surfing and chatting. I wanna search for personal training who near from my house. I feel joining personal training is a must to fight against lack of physical activity. Yeah i need some physical activity to do in hot day like now.  Keeping my physical fitness in a hot day is very difficult.

Finding Gym in Jogja

To maintain physical fitness, i must do workout routinely. Today i make a plan to workout weekly. I need to know where i can workout in jogja. I want to finding gym that has comfortable place and complete fitness equipment. I also need gym which women can workout comfortably at there.

Why i am finding gym to workout routinely? After i read news that some football clubs have problem with their physical fitness, i think workout routine is a must. Physical fitness must be maintained. There are some benefits of physical activity such as workout.

Persebaya problem with physical fitness

Last week, i’m lack of physical activity. What i do daily is just sitting in front of my notebook. I just played games, wrote a blog, read news and other sedentary life style. What i fear is getting hemorrhoid because lack of physical activity.

Now, i will searching how to fight against the bad effect from lack of physical activity. I hear that one of benefits of physical activity is preventing hemorrhoid.There is a lot benefit effects of physical activity beside preventing hemorrhoid. Routine physical activity also can help you to become a fitness model. Now, i want do routine physical activity to keep my physical fitness and i’m getting benefits of physical activiy.

Joining Personal Training?

A while ago, my mom told me that her friend has been joining a personal training to reach a good physical fitness. She said that after joining personal training, her friend get 6 kg weight gain a month. I will very happy if i get a weight gain like him. But, i know that it is not easy to workout rountinely, whereas not easy to be fitness models.

Oops, i have been sitting for more than 15 minutes. It is not good for my physical fitness. I wanna walking for a while. Yeah, it is nice tips to keeping blogger’s physical fitness. Besides blogging activity, you must make time for walking every 30 minutes. Maybe next week i must join personal training to balancing my blogging activity.
