Joining Personal Training?

A while ago, my mom told me that her friend has been joining a personal training to reach a good physical fitness. She said that after joining personal training, her friend get 6 kg weight gain a month. I will very happy if i get a weight gain like him. But, i know that it is not easy to workout rountinely, whereas not easy to be fitness models.

Oops, i have been sitting for more than 15 minutes. It is not good for my physical fitness. I wanna walking for a while. Yeah, it is nice tips to keeping blogger’s physical fitness. Besides blogging activity, you must make time for walking every 30 minutes. Maybe next week i must join personal training to balancing my blogging activity.
